Sriwijaya Air develops ANDROID based applications in order to ease the employees and customers in reporting Hazards Identification.There are four steps to the report: Take Photo / Insert files, specify the location / Station, Enter Report and Send your report directly, and then it automatically sends to the Directorate of Quality Safety and Security PT.
